So I had recently returned from a long trip, to find little AFizzle’s nutella was still around! An entire two day cycle had passed since its making and she had yet to eat all of it.
In an attempt to remedy this uncharacteristic behaviour, I decided (and was pushed slightly) to post about these before I leave to Scotland.
It’s all fairly simple:
Crêpe:
- Just google a recipe for proportions, flour, milk, water, egg, butter, salt, etc anything that looks like it makes sense works. Usually, anyway.
- Put everything together in a bowl and mix them. (Maybe use a seive for the flour if you feel like it)
- Find a nice pan. This probably the most important step. Here is nice pan:
After this it’s just a matter of pouring out the Crêpe stuff and waiting. You wait till the top is just about cooked and the sides begin to brown a little and curl back (sometimes this doesn’t happen because of the pan or your mixture), then you flip it.
Then you wait a bit and then it’s done.
Repeat a few times and suddenly:
Easy Peasy!
I is not pushy 😏

Just so it’s here…For 1 cup flour, we used 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, 2 tbs butter and salt.
