Oaty as opposed to just ‘oat’ because I just replaced the flour with oat flour 😁 as you do.
My last cookie recipe was not particularly healthy so I thought this was necessary, and these just so happen to also be eggless. That was not intentional.
I actually didn’t initially find these bloggable but Papa Fizzle seemed to like them and I discovered they’re really good out of the fridge.
They are also very easy to make.
- Mix 1 ¾ cup oat flour with ½ tsp baking powder and ½ tsp salt
- Then cream ¼ cup butter
- Add 4 tbs yoghurt, 2 caps vanilla extract and 5 tbs honey
- Mix it all up then
- Keep adding chocolate chips until it looks right.
Bake for 14 mins at 180°C because I bake everything and anything only at 180°C.
I advise you to make them nice and fat. We like fat cookies.
Random Note: So we bought lactose-free milk um kind of a while ago. Didn’t quite realise how long it had been and I poured some out…I remembered it being a different colour, but it didn’t look bad. In fact, it looks, smells, and yes, tastes, exactly like condensed milk. Any thoughts on how this happened…?
